Subtleties by laser beam: Thanks to the latest laser technology we can cut even the most extravagant 2D-Forms out of acrylic glass up to 25mm thick. No-contact processing yields perfect cut edges. The desired product evolves with a constantly brilliant appearance. Acryline AG engraves individual motives and subtle letterings in high precision on the most various products.

Flawlessly turned parts: We finish parts in various dimensions efficiently, precisely and with high capacity in our multi-spindle turning center. We produce turning parts with millings in a clamping assembly.

Precise efficiency: Our 5-axis milling center is geared to maximum efficiency with fully automated working-cycles. Thanks to integrated tool measuring, tool change and a rotating and tilting table complex milling parts are manufactured with precision.

Well-formed curves: Everything that is round appears smooth and attracts attention. With our production techniques we have the possibility to give your products a harmonious design. We can shape Displays, half-shells for various applications, machine covers and much more into your desired form. The shaping of large dimensions up to 2 x 3 meters i.e. for pillars or bicycle stands are amongst our strengths.

Effectfully shaped: With the appropriate manufacturing technique, plastic can be shaped up to a length of 3 meters. Acryline can shape angels with different radii. Plastics technology allows you to present your products effectfully.

As if cast from one mould: With different techniques thermoplastic polymers can be glued, screwed, riveted or welded individually. Acrylic glas is glued highly transparent. Depending on material and customer requirements the optimal technique is chosen specifically.

Impressive surface finish: By applying different processing techniques we refine the surface structure specifically. The quality and appearance of the respective components can be modified by procedures of sandblasting, polishing, matting or trovalising.

Rapid-cycle Production: For big volume requirements we suggest injection moulding solutions. High production capacity and long-term efficiency are the advantages of this production technique. It is advisable to manufacture complex parts in an injection moulding procedure, when they are too difficult for conventional production.

Three-dimensional shaping: Sculptural forms are used in a wide array of fields for industrial and commerical purpose. Displays, housing covers, packaging and the like are produced in deep-drawing procedure out of flat basic material.

Profiles with design and functionality: Offering a complete service also includes the production of plastic profiles in an extruding process.

Final completion: The assembly of different components of the finished product is carried out inhouse with special expertise and routine. Furthermore, we can complete your products with accessory components. Upon request, we deliver function-tested endproducts. This gives you the certainty, that you receive impeccable quality. Strong impression through the perfect imprint: When your idea has assumed tangible shape the target has not yet been fully reached. Your product requires perfect lettering for the optimal communication with your customers. Your inscription can be printed in silk screen and pad printing processes, digital printing, foil inscription or offset printing. A further option is hot embossing. This printing technique allows to bring out brilliantly the effects of gold, chrome or metal.

High-precision measurement technology: To provide high quality and accuracy in production, precise measurement capability is required. With the new optical 3D MicroVu multisensor measurement system we constantly increase our quality.
